Rye bread
unsalted butter, softened
Salami
Cheddar Cheese
Juliene strips of bell pepper

Preparation
Spread butter on the bread and with a scalloped cutter cut it into little rounds. Cut the salami and cheddar cheese as well into little circles and place it gently onto the little round pieces of bread along with bell pepper. Garnish it with a dollop of mustard and bottled cocktail onions.

Tagliatelle with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Marinate vinegar, garlic and onion in a bowl for 15 minutes. To this mix also add tomatoes and basil and pepper into the vinegar and leave it for another 15 minutes. While this gets marinated, cook the pasta according to the package directions. Boil the pasta and after draining it mix the pasta well with the tomato and vinegar mixture.

Penne with spicy tomato sauce
Preparation
Heat the pan and add extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic and red pepper flakes to it. Saute it for 3 to 4 minutes till the garlic turns a bit golden and then add the peeled tomatoes to it. Add salt for taste. Toss in the pasta into the sauce and finally garnish it with cheese and parsley before serving.

Pasta Salad with lettuce, olives and tomatoes
Preparation
Awfully tempting, this easy pasta salad dish can literally be prepared within a couple of seconds. Boil pasta till it turns soft and tender. Toss the pasta in olive oil and season it with salt and pepper. Place lettuce leaves on the serving dish. Add pasta to the bed of leafy greens and garnish it with olives, cherry tomatoes, capers and anchovies.
